Really love the hose! The connectors are the best period. The only issue I have is the water pressure seems weak

Water pressure can be increased by small electric pump. However, 1st see that there are no obstructions in your piping. Ask the water company to do a pressure test also-that’s what you’re paying for! If you have a well, well pump from Harbor Freight. consult the water company or plumber 1st!

I have 3 of these hose reels which are great and have been in trouble free use for over 5 years. However I am now 81 and am finding it is taking all my strength to pull out the hose to water. Is there anyway I can release the spring to make the pulling out of the hose easier for me? Kind regards

I bought one recently, it's a great product but I hope they will increase the hose length to 100 ft. Product has increased in price and is quite expensive .

Does it has an auto-hold lock? I mean when you release your hand, does the hose HAS TO retract? If that's the case, its not working for me. I need to go around a corner so would need the hose stay in place.

WIth that hose end fitting I cant use it with my pressure washer. Wish you would've gave us the option to install our own quick connects.

Hi @csjr9 - you can definitely connect to your pressure washer. Are you based in the US? Or Australia? Either way, if you can not make it work, please contact our Customer Service team. But here are some quick instructions: Most pressure washers have threaded connection points so it's an easy connection with our Hose Reels/fittings. If your pressure washer has a female thread, you need an extra accessory connector w/ swivel (or to remove the spray nozzle) or if it's male thread you'll need an extra faucet connector.

Yes, you can! Are you in the US or in Australia? You might need another connector or click-on adapter, it will all depend on the make and model of the pressure washer. You can contact our customer service, give them a photo of your pressure washer connection and they will tell you what you need (if anything).

I like the idea and would buy one but it’s disappointing that they equip it with their proprietary connection fittings. I don’t like that. They should make an adaptor so people like me can convert it to standard garden hose thread. Such a shame

Hi Bill, thanks for your comment. We do have an adaptor that you can use to connect to any standard click-on watering accessories. You can find this product here: www.hoselink.com.au/products/click-on-adapter-set?variant=39256229904480 However, there is no need to convert the hose as our fittings are guaranteed never to leak or burst off and all our connectors can be used with any male or female thread. You will find you can easily remove the click-on fitting from most other brand products, allowing you to enjoy a watertight connection to your Hoselink hose.

NOT EXACTLY all you need to know. How do you open the case to remove bird nests?

Hi there! If you have a bird's nest in your reel, there are a few important steps to consider. Please do not take the reel apart. You can try pulling the hose all the way out if possible, then tipping the reel to try and get the nest out through the mouth of the reel. Ensure you do not put your hands in the reel if possible. If you can not solve it, please call our customer service.
