The absolute best breakdown of body mechanics for spiking I’ve seen. Bravo 👏
Thank you, can't even imagine how much work goes into your videos. All the video cuts and pictures make the topics you explain rather intertaining and informative as well!

I am glad to hear you say so! I used to enjoy drawing illustrations, and that hobby has come in handy. I hope to post my next video within a month, so please come back and watch it.
Thanks for the amazing video...was definitely worth the wait and thanks for the subtitles..... waiting for the second part.....after that can you please do video on how to set a ball and how to aim your set.....thanks again

I'm glad I wasn't told, "I was waiting for you, but I was disappointed." I have been receiving requests for other sports for some time, so I plan to explain golf, tennis, track and field, and so on. I'm sorry that I can't make the video you want right away, but I'll put the set method on the "list to explain"!
To be honest, I wasn't really planning to watch the whole video because of how dense the information was (felt like too much to absorb), but it felt so insightful and well thought-out, that I naturally just wanted to keep going, and see what else I might learn. Grateful that someone out there is making deep and intelligent videos. Going to try to keep at least some of this in mind as I try to get better at volleyball!

Thank you for your nice comment. I like to think, "Why do you do this kind of movement?" I think it's hard to see because the explanation is long,😊 I would like to send out useful information as much as possible!
Love from India. Always wondered how Japanese athletes are so fast. Now realise how scientifically they approach sports. Would be happy to get English sub titles for other videos. Gratitude.

Amazing work! You explain the function of each limb so clearly and with English subtitles! I am trying to appy the same principles to badminton (jump smash).
