Taking care of one's work, family and the rest is enough for most people. In addition to being a KZbinr, if you also want to promote products, be a celebrity, this can cause your body and psyche to be unable to keep up. Our body is so amazing that it tells you with symptoms when it can't take it anymore. If you don't respect the body's signals, the body lets us down, literally. It can be with a harmless or a serious illness. If, on top of pushing the body, you don't get the right nutrition, it becomes serious. I follow two other KZbinrs who have also had to admit that the body cannot cope with what they have offered it. In addition to looking after work and family and the like, they promote products, their own and producers', think about camera angles, shooting, editing and all that comes with being famous, etc. One, Jemma Warren, has quit her job as she was really happy and it was mutual from the employer. She slept in the truck during the work week and at home on the weekends, which some weeks were short due to work. She had lived on home-cooked food during the weekdays. She starts a new job at the end of September. The other, Trucking With Schmidt, owner operator, also sleeping in the truck during the work week, diet typically junk food, has not been able to do his job due to disc prolapse, so no income at work, but struggles to maintain income at KZbin' Eng. These are sick fates. Limiting one's ability is a difficult task. Eating healthy is the prerequisite for life. Figuring out how much to get involved in is an equally important condition of life. It's great to make money by becoming a KZbinr and promoting products, becoming known, but if you don't find the balance, the body and psyche figure it out for us, then we have to choose the conditions of life. Hope you get well soon and make decisions to adapt your ability to what suits you and your body and psyche.
