@@Rockardo_ To be fair they arrived at the booth at 6am so the wake up time to be able to get ready + travel to the gym and do a 1hr+ workout before arriving at the booth would of been much earlier like 3:15am considering they started the workout at 4am which is way before the circadian rhythm wake up which is like 7am-ish in ohio. Wouldn't blame the bro for wanting to sleep in 🤣
