Microwave bacon on top of LOTS of paper towels paper towels it's even easier ready in 7 to 12 min! Then your feet dont hurt from standing there forever no pouring grease. In the oven sitting in grease unless youve got the special pan w a rack and still have to pour HOT GREASE.

I bake large and or mini quiches the night before and buy two packages of Hawaii’s rolls and make monte Cristo sliders with ham, turkey, quality cheese and maybe a raspberry reduction. The sliders are baked 12/24 at a time. Super simple and quick.
