Those homes are packed way to close to eachother. Zero land space and zero privacy for over 500k in the south? Things are really getting bad.

I hear you! Unfortunately, small lots for new construction have been an ongoing trend for a number of years. There are other communities with even smaller lots than this one, but the bigger ones would be further out from metro Atlanta.
