Hello! Sorry not sure I understand. Do you mean the land price per ara per year? The villa is on a 25years leasehold and for sale (Build+Land) at 135.000 USD for the full duration of the 25years. Unfortunately, banks in Indonesia don't loan to foreigners. It would be better to look at financement options in your home country. Some of our clients have secured loans at low interest rates and have reimbursed them using their ROI. We even have an intern/trainee who got a student loan, he invested in a villa, got an ROI of 26%, reimbursed his loan after 4 years and got a free villa in Bali with 21 years of lease left!

@Hardpact Good question! But no. Today you'd be paying for the land + the build. In 25 years, you'd only have to extend the land at market price. Just to give you an idea, if you were to extend today, the market price would be about 1400 USD per year added for that 100m2.
