always curious compared to a restaurant where they get their food items delivered to them by a truck from a food company, if you guys start to get low on food items, like hot dogs, fries, etc, where do u actually get more from????

We are lucky to have most of our suppliers deliver to the truck because it’s there 7days a week. We still have to run around a few places to grab all the product and paper goods a week need.

Why wear gloves if you are going to handle raw uncooked hot dogs putting them in pot. Then you start making orders with same hands that you handled raw meat. Didn’t change gloves. Then you also put the bbq on grill leave it too long on one side so when you start to chop it you can see that it is burnt black. Your customers has to taste that.

Hot dogs are pre-cooked. I've eaten cold hot dogs for decades and it never made me sick. Relax with the contamination crap
