A suggestion. The stretch rectangular tablecloth that hooks under the legs would hide what is under the table better, not flap in the wind and add a spot for signage.

I have found that when I need to weight something down, flags, banners or tent poles, it is easier to use 5 gallon water bottles instead of bricks. That way you can dump the water and travel lighter. It is much easier on my 73 year old frame.

I live in Texas and my husband and I want to run a hot dog cart. I've looked online and can't find any to lease until we have money to buy our own. I've heard of people starting for under $500 but all the used carts I've seen are at least $1200! 😞 how do I find cheap ones and where??

i'm happy for jake, but selling out is never a good idea. that' means you never know ;how many sales were lost. it's better to waste a few dogs and know that sales were maximized.

Quick question... I am located in Idaho. We deal with windy days often. I'm curious to see if you think a trailer would be the best option, given our location? I could see it getting messy, if we chose the cart approach. - Dallas

First: Don't let getting an enclosed trailer stop you from starting. Vendors deal with wind all over the world vending. Canopies with sides can help lots.
