I don't think Bulega expected MM to be so aggresive and do an aggresive dive on the last corner as it is just an exhibition race for Ducati publicity. Why take it so seriously and risk an injury that could affect their actual championship. MM is ruthless and maybe the lack of a win and poor performance for so many years also affects his hunger for podiums. MM has always been aggressive and only his injury days has made him more cautious. But I think the smell of a podium is too much for this Shark to resist. Bulega is understandably pissed as they are supposed to be on a break and this could have affected his physical condition. Really, why risk it MM???

All you MM brown nosers have been saying that when he gets on equal machinery he will win....so now what are your excuses ? Perhaps now folk can see, it isn't the bike so much at this level, but the rider. Even when given the best bike available he still hasn't won. There are better and more deserving riders for that Ducati seat.

The first intelligent comment I read in this thread. Bulega was long on the turn, MM saw it and went to the inside. Bulega, when trying to recover from the miss, saw MM in his inside and when trying to correct the path, loses the front tire. Too agressive from MM? May be. Touching Bulega? Not at all

A spectator vid showing Marquez absolutely dive-bomb Bulega. While Bulega is doing the dangle; Marquez is trailing. Bulega then puts his foot back on the peg with his knee out. He is just off the inside edge of the track. There is No Room! He has already turned in when Marquez moves along side. After watching this more than few times it looks like Marquez is actually on the inside curb as he is shoving Bulega. YOU CAN SEE BULEGA'S BIKE MOVE SIDEWAYS UNDER THE IMPACT. The 'fact' there is no damage to Marc's bike only shows the bikes didn't touch... If this wasn't a Ducati family-day there would have been a protest and penalty. Bulega ate some prosciutto to keep the peace. Again: there was No Room or Line -especially in a 'fun race'.

I think that Nicolò was a bit large in the turn, probably thinking that Marc was not so close to him. That said, every pilot knows that the last turn in Misano Is almost impossible to do in two riders. Marc was perfectly aware that Bulega would fall.
