I can easily see Why they are missing their shots. Quite a few of these people haven't had the proper Training to use their weapons, unlike Nicolas. They are also relying on suppressive fire, which While good with an Automatic weapon, isn't something to be used While using slower firing weapons. The times where Nicolas was missing, was due to him Hip-Firing, which means he can't actually aim his shots.

What bothers me is that most of the actors are AIMING INTO THE AIR. That's a common mistake among actors who are firing 'from the hip' or at least not using the iron sights. They tend to shoot way OVER the heads of their targets. Don't know why but I've seen countless films where actors are holding their guns at a STUPID angle.
