I didn't include all of them like Skinner's "I'm a killer" jokes or Doris' sex jokes cause there are already vids on youtube on those, also it's possible i missed some, you pick up new things ever watch.
Also i know some of these are more of a "setup and payoff" type of joke, but i think they belong here.

It’s like Tadgh said, Bill Bailey plays two different people, a pair of identical twins who both work the front desk for the police. One works the day shift and one works the night shift. The only noticeable difference is their hair styles and what time of day it is. The running joke is that no one notices that it’s two brothers, and only tell one of them what’s going on, which is why the other one is always complaining that no one tells him anything. I don’t remember his many times I watched the movie before I finally realized what was going on there. It’s gotta be one of my favorite jokes in a movie ever.

Ha I was wondering if it was just going to be the whole movie :) "No one's going to stab you in here." And "This notebook has saved my life more times than I can count." Are two of my favourites

0:40 Fun fact: The gun the "Hag" uses is known as the Steyr-Solothurn S1-100, also known as the MP-34, and was used by the Germans and Austrians during the start of the Third Reich. It was considered the "Rolls Royce of SMGs" due to the extreme standards put into manufacturing them, and whenever it was captured by the opposing soldiers, they ended up being kept as Heirlooms or as part of a Treasured collection, rather than destroyed. It actually makes sense for her to own one of them... And Ironic as she calls _Him_ the "Faschist", when she is acting like one.

There is not a single wasted line of dialogue in this whole movie. Every word is chosen incredibly carefully. It's not a miracle that this movie is as good as it is, even though it had a 12Million dollar budged and was shot in a few weeks. They took a lot of time to write that script and figure out what this movie was. Turns out if you know exactly what you want and you are smart about it you don't need a gigantic production to make a masterpiece.

You know that the line “Check out his arse.” Is actually a play on ass as in horse so the line “Check out his horse” is actually foreshadowed by “check out his ass” which has the double meanings the slang term for buttocks and a donkey.

There's one more that's not very memorable (cause it's a voice over and you can't see the person speaking) but the first time Angel walks into the shop there's a radio caller saying "check out his arse" and then in the scene when he comes back into town like a badass you can hear the radio caller say "check out his horse"

After watching the movie several times, I noticed there are still some minor details I missed. This movie is absolutely brilliant. It is far way superior than so called comedy movies these days, where lazy writing and directing takes place. All frames in this movie are very well crafted, and exhaustingly written and shot in order to keep audiences interested.
