Serbia is very interesting to a Brit like me, who sees the flight prices and winces, including a transfer. Hopefully I can make it to Serbia at some point, but not in peak summer unfortunately. I like the atmosphere and most vloggers tend to give it a positive review. Is it possible to show us some more food and drink? Thanks Sasha. ;)

U plan to travel to south. Smart decision. Big cities on the north are expensive, southern cities and especially smaleer towns are mutch cheaper. In my vilage, u can get whole house for 30 days, with furniture, tv, eletricity, internet, cable tv, water... For 0 up to 70 euros. U can buy whole house, 100m2+backyard+furniture,.. for less then 30 000 euros. The most biger vilages in Serbia, 1500+ people has. Every street was pawed and lit. Elementary school, lot of bars, cafes, church, modern small playing ground for kids, 3 lighted terains for football, basketball,... Power, water, electricity, very goodinterneet, cable tv,... Hiper market, stores for everything, from flower to washing maschines, steeel, TV-is...

Absolutely, there's some kind of magic in the smaller cities and towns. Where are these houses for rent? I'm interested, any nice girls there? 😅. I wouldn't pay 500 euro a month in Novi Sad to live in some shoe box apartment

@@TallTravels Any vilage 30km+ south, south-west, south-east from Belgrade AND Novi Sad also. Any vilage in the northern-Vojvodina, centrač-Šumadija and southern Serbia is my recomendation. Because people from Russia mostly prefers biger cities on the north of country and southern part staying empty, my recomendation is SOUTHERN or CENTRAL psrt of the Serbia. Simple, any vilage in Serbia, biger then 1500 people has described alredy infrastructure . en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_populated_places_in_Serbia The bigest vilage is, by population, biger chances to find all components of infrastructure of the average city or biger town. About girls. We have girls here, but we have one problem in Serbia. BIG PROBLEM. Girls mostly prefers to live in biger cities. guys usually stays at home, in vilages. So, we have we have an excess of female population in big cities and the same for males, in vilages.

You really picked the nasty time to visit Serbia, by the looks of it we gonna have tropical weather until October at least, every year summer is hotter and longer, also since 2 years ago we stopped being "the Thailand of Europe" aka digital nomad haven, im guessing you noticed yourself that prices of accomodations and services have gone through the roof, since Airbnb's, bars and restaurants leveled their prices toward tons of Russian IT specialists whole Yandex moved to Serbia and tons of other Russian software firms, i was in Vienna last week, Serbian prices are not quite there yet but we are catching them pretty soon im afraid... 😂
@TallTravels2 ай бұрын
Yeah, well I got thrown out of Russia so had to go somewhere. I'd say Ukraine is the Thailand of Europe due to all the hookers 😛. Yes prices in Serbia on the up, especially accommodation, that's why I avoided Serbia for the last two years, Russia is much better value. In Saint Petersburg in winter there's very cheap hotel accommodation.
@Dotalol1232 ай бұрын
@@TallTravels Yeah, even Russians here cry about the prices, Serbian landlords are great Churchill fans since the 90ties and they will never let a tragedy go to waste, they know Russians can't go back, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Georgia are not IT hubs like Belgrade and Novi Sad and many years will pass until Russians will be able to travel in EU, so apartment that you could lease for 300 euros in 2019, now costs 600-800, ridiculous...
@TallTravels2 ай бұрын
@Dotalol123 Yeah I remember in Belgrade in 2007-2010 ish one could rent a big 2 bedroom apartment in NBG for 300 euro. That would be 1000+ now I think.
@TallTravels2 ай бұрын
Also, I'm not surprised that Russians feel the pain. For the same money in most of Russia they can rent a big place for the same prices as a studio in Belgrade

@@TallTravels Yeah but their IT company was moved to Serbia so it can continue doing business with the west so they don't have much choice, they can buy a property in the village and work remotely but i doubt their pretty trophy wives will find Serbian idle village life exciting, they are already struggling, content and services Belgrade has to offer is nowhere near the Moscow standard, we are at least 10 years behind.

04:26 Tall, welcome home comrade. LUTZIFER hits the Balcans. Lutzifer. In meteorology it is the name for heat vawe from Sahara desert. In my region, 150km southern from Belgrade, we have two raining days and rest of past 3 weeks is heat and humidity. Humidity is mutch mutch worst then heat. 40 degrees heat with low humidity is nothing for average man. But 35 degrees and high humidity, it is big task for our hart. About Russians. Between 120 000 and 300 000 Russians lives in Serbia. Between 5 000 and 15 000 Ukrainans. The most are concentrated in Novi Sad and Belgrade. But more and more Russians moving to smaller towns, because of apartment prices goes up in biger cities. Around 30 000 new russian buiness was opened in Serbia in last 2 years, by govermant data.
