Hot Rodded Cadillac, Mountain Of Hub Caps, and Mike's New Hamm's Beer Collection

Our last stop on our Pacific Northwest Adventure is at our good friend Dan Morehouse's Cadillac oasis in Oregon. Dan recently purchased a new property in town filled with over 10,000 hub caps and some killer ramp trucks! Dan also hooked Mike up with an amazing Hamm's Beer collection that he found while buying a truck off of craigslist! Dan has been storing it for the past 2 months until we could come out and ship it home. We take a quick walk around Dan's property and his Mom's house which Matt visited 2 years ago. Matt and Dan then hopped into Dan's 1941 Cadillac for a short trip over to the new property. After looking through Mike's new collection and digging through Dan's new property, it's time to palletize and ship all the parts East!!

I almost gasped when I saw that Econoline at the back with a green stripe down the side. I had a 70 E200 that I had striped almost exactly the same, but I used John Deere green for the stripe. Mine died of terminal rust, I pulled the engine and transmission and seats, still have the seats.

Great video guys! Have you checked into the You Pack It We Move It household shipping containers? ABF Truck Line and PODS do it, but there are many more. Mike’s shorts and Matt driving the red caddy were the high points. It does raise the question; Can you have tooo many hubcaps?

Back in the 80s there was a Sunday Market near us and one guy had a stall selling nothing but hubcaps. It was said that he would have some guy out stealing one hubcap from your car in the week so he would have the right one to sell you and match up next Sunday.

you need some gaylords, the big, heavy duty cardboard boxes mounted to a pallet. easier to load than shrink wrapping a pile of stuff onto a flat pallet, and will keep stuff safe during shipping.

We need lots of stuff but kind of hard to find when we’re flying across the country with little supplies. We also factor in the cost and use what is easy to find at these estates and is free. Always a better way to do things but not always conducive to our schedule or budget.
