Hot Springs Ace Cell Making Chlorine

This cell was diagnosed as dead but I got it to work by cleaning and hooking up to a power supply. The amp reading was still too low to operate on the Ace system. Based on 3 years of experience dealing with Ace replacement cells and customer feedback . More info at:
