I'm in Texas and have been wanting to go to Hot Springs Off-Road Park for some time. I've watched quite a few videos of the BoH trails there and yours is by far the best I've seen. Very informative and you provided some very useful pointers, especially on the technical spots on each of the trails. Appreciate your insight and taking the time to do this video. Looking forward to going this year.

Awesome vid, very well done. I'm heading up in 2 weeks to camp and get all 4 badges. This video has been a great prep !

Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed it! I’m guessing they got some storms with the recent hurricane driven weather. If there was a lot of erosion on the trails let us know. Have fun!

Great video, love the quick links. Hot Springs is one of my favorite parks. I go twice a year.

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it. We love the town of Hot springs too. We stayed in one of the historic hotels on a previous visit and my wife swore it was haunted! 😂

@@TwoTXJeepersI wouldn't doubt that some of the old Hotels in town would have some interesting things taking place. I usually camp at the park when I visit. Ñ y'all ll should check out Saint Francisville and the Myrtles. Supposed to be Haunted as well

OK, hearing the "hitting the tree story" at dinner was funny enough but seeing and hearing it on video was 10x better. 😂

Hey there, I'm not very familiar with your vehicle but I know the Gladiator with us didn't have a ton of clearance and we had to be pretty careful picking lines. I'm guessing you could do Snake and Quartz canyon with no more than a little scraping. Not sure I'd try Rubicon Ridge or Fun Run though.

Great video! Finally a good one showing what to except at this park. I drive a leveled 3rd gen Tacoma with a rear locker on 32 inch tires. Do you think I would be able to make it on their 3 diamond rated trails? I would like to try most of the jeep BOH trails.
@TwoTXJeepers4 ай бұрын
Hey thank you! The only ones I’ve done there are the BoH trails so can’t say about anything else. I think you’ll be ok on Snake and Quartz Canyon. The biggest issue on Rubicon Ridge is the ledges going down. You’ll probably drag your bumper down those if you don’t take the bypass. I wouldn’t try Fun Run unless you’re ok with body damage.

Thanks for the informative video. Do you think a Gladiator with 3" lift and 37's can conquer all 4 BOH trails? Really enjoyed the video!
@TwoTXJeepers3 ай бұрын
Hey glad you liked it. Ya I think that can do them all. Just be careful on the turns weaving between trees.
@carlcvplow24323 ай бұрын
@@TwoTXJeepers Thank you sir! I was more worried about ground clearance, but yes the Gladiator's long wheel base creates it's own challenges for sure, always concerned I'm gonna rip off a tail light. Have watched several of your videos today, gonna subscribe now. Appreciate the speedy response, headed there in October, hopefully good weather.
@TwoTXJeepers3 ай бұрын
Ya our friends with the stock Willys Gladiator was able to do two with a little spotting. Your lift and 37”s will make those much easier. Rubicon ridge has a few ledges going down that might catch your rear bumper if you try them but I think you’ll clear if you’re careful. Fun Run has that tight section with rocks that I think will be the toughest part but ground clearance should be fine. Take it slow and use a spotter or get out to look. Let me know ow how it goes!

@TwoTXJeepers I have a tow hitch skid just for that reason, thank you again for taking the time to share your experiences.

One more question... does Rubicon Ridge run south to north, mapping routes with ONX now.

What time of year is this? We leave from Indiana in 5 days to head there. Hoping it's not mud city!!!
@TwoTXJeepers8 ай бұрын
Hi Brian, we went Feb 19th so only a month ago. Looking at the weather it seems like it will be mostly sunny leading up to your trip so I don't think you'll have too much mud to contend with. If you've wheeled in Indiana you're probably used to weaving between trees. Be safe, have fun, and thanks for watching!

Just to let everyone know, that was not vertical challenge that you did, unless you have a very well built rig with minimum 38" tires, lockers and a good spotter, don't even think about it
@TwoTXJeepers3 ай бұрын
So we did see a sign for vertical challenge coming out of rubicon ridge. But apparently we weren’t on it. I’m navigationally challenged so please forgive the inaccuracy. 😊
