@mickedeut : Why don’t you suggest to go on/visite retention jailhouse to prove your point? Even though it's 5% of the city, there at least 85-90% to enjoy in perfect manner. @walkingabe : Porte de la Chapelle is well know for it’s immigrant population, the "Crackhead Hill" (dr*g addict place) and slum part of the city. But as I said, it’s like 5% of the city and if you came one day to visite Paris, you can be sure that a large part of the city is in fact beautiful and enjoyable. And except for the most touristics seesights, you’ll find nice parisians all over the place :)

@@oxymorophile Je vis en banlieue parisienne depuis 34 ans (on a eu une marche pour "l’ange parti trop tôt " ce weekend pour te donner une idée), et si on est loin de vivre dans un monde parfait et qu’il faut être réaliste, on ne peut pas résumer Paris à la Porte de la Chapelle, comme il ne faut pas résumer la France à Paris. Il ne s’agit pas de vendre du rêve mais de regarder les choses en face. Et vu l’état du monde, oui, Paris est belle. Un touriste/un français peut kiffer ses vacances sans vivre dans la peur, c’est encore permis. C’est comme si tu me disais ne va pas au Mexique ou en Colombie à cause des cartels ou surtout évite l’Asie du sud-est à cause de la prostitution et du trafic d’organe ou en fait, ne sort pas de chez toi, tu risques de prendre un coup de soleil. Tu peux te dire que ce monde est fondamentalement pourri ou te permettre d’accepter qu’il y a aussi du beau et que c’est appréciable, mais ça ne tiens qu’à toi. Pas la peine de dégoûter les autres sous prétexte qu’on a une vision tout aussi biaisée que ceux qui pensent vivre dans le monde des bisounours. Malgré tout, un bon dimanche à toi et essaie de profiter un peu de la vie, nous ne sommes que de passage ici-bas 😉
