From the little I saw of his build and coat, he didn't looked skinny or ragged. He's friendly and trained. My guess is he lives at a nearby farm, got dinner at home, smelled food somewhere else, and off he went to get a 2nd dinner. Looks like he left for the night, then came back for 2nd breakfast.

Everyone worried about the dog, and I'm like, he got 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts! Smart dog! Look at his coat and build, clean and not skinny. He's friendly, polite, and left for the night to sleep at home. Likely lives on a nearby farm, herding or guarding. What a good boy.
