Bu hafta şişme çadırımızla yoğun kar yağışında kayalıkların dibinde kamp yaptık. Aşağımız dere arkamız kayalık kısacası bulunduğumuz yer rüya gibiydi.. Bu kamp 4 mevsimi tek bir kampta yaşadık desek yeridir..Akşam kar yağışının durması bize dışarıda yemek yeme fırsatı da tanıdı. Bizim için yine çok keyifli bir kamptı umarım sizde izlerken keyif alırsınız..

Recipe; 300 grams of petibor biscuits 1 glass of water Milk 3 tablespoons of cocoa 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar 3 tablespoons melted butter/margarine 1 glass of walnuts or hazelnuts (optional) For the mosaic cake, we first melt the margarine or butter in a pan. We put the melted butter, milk, sugar and cocoa into the mixing bowl and mix it well. We pour the mixture we have obtained over the biscuits we have broken, or vice versa, you can add the biscuits into this mixture. At this stage, you can also add walnuts, hazelnuts or pistachios if desired. Then we mix the biscuits thoroughly, being careful not to crush them. You can prepare the mixture by placing it between wax paper and shaping it into a roll with your hand. Before serving, we leave it to rest in the freezer for 2-3 hours. We then serve it by slicing it and decorating it as we wish. I hope you like it love💚
