You will watch our experience of camping alone with a warm tent in heavy rain. This rainstorm pushed my tent to its limits. As the rain continued to fall fast and heavily, we were in the middle of a strong rainstorm within minutes, thanks to the wind increasing its strength. During this thunderstorm rain camp with my dog Mars, we tried to stay warm by using a large warm tent and waited out the storm. I hope you like it. enjoy watching. #raincamping #heavyraincamping

Great video sir! Clearly you and Mars had a very good tent to weather out the storm in. Equally clear is you picked a very good location to setup camp at! The only rain I saw getting into your tent was via that opening for the hot stove and whey you opened the flap. The ground water was being drained away rather then through your tent site. That takes skill, earned by camping experience. You picked well and you and Mars were able to stay dry and comfortable! 👍

Knowing well you have named your companion Mars; with all due respect, I would like to nickname him "Shadow", why? -- because of the way he's always in your space. Observing everything you do! You, as the Senior and Mars as the Junior ~ nothing less than a great duo!! Your Cautionary Inspections of your tent are needed, especially during a storm. Sending you & Mars the Best in 2025. Hello. Mars Sometimes Gets Excited to Get Out of the Tent at Camp. When I Open the Tent Door, Mars Looks Out. He Stops Going Out When He Sees It's Raining. And He Goes Back Inside And Goes To Bed.
