This was an absolutely superb video from start to finish! Your instructions for generating the char cloth and how to pull the fine birch bark layers were easy to follow with the excellent demonstration...I really appreciated learning how to do that.... now to practice 😊.... and by the way the views of the lake were behind compare! The water surface looked silky smooth and the reflection of the sky colors was just stunning in your captures! Thanks for offering up a superb video!

Hot Tent Solo Boomercraft Camping, love it! I saw him prepping sticks for various uses.. The thing about Boomer, he has the attitude, stamina, and sense of purpose of a large dog. Always faithful and on guard, especially protecting the kids. Throughout my viewings of Lonewolf 902, he always finds a way of capturing the camera and sometimes "stealing the show" from Jeremy..haha.. My fave YT camp dogs are Boomer, of Lonewolf 902, and Ted the Chocolate Lab, from Go 4x4. I think Boomer and Ted could be friends.😀

Jeremy I’ve been watching your videos for about 4 years or more. Some of your best stuff is when you’re bushcrafting in the cold weather. Hiking in and cooking over an open fire with a small grill. I don’t think you spoke in the earlier videos. The overlanding videos are good but these are better in my opinion. 1 hour or longer also. Thanks for all your hard work. I’ll be waiting for the next one.

Great video as usual. Just bought the Naturehike Massif. Have a question: Any thoughts on strapping on top a small 5X7 or 6X8 light-weight fire-retardant canvas tarp as a sort of a fly with the sole purpose of protecting the tent from embers? I have a stove jack I can sew to the the tarp for the chimney hole. Is this overkill?.
