P1 Rex brings me back to 2008 and 10 year old me watching the Clone Wars movie in the theater with my 3.75 Rex in hand. So good!

The chest armor is also different. But as noted, we have Phase II in the previous Rex figure. I will probably get this for the Phase I armor, but would have preferred they give us more Episode II Phase I clones.

Probably a very low amount made. I still feel current clone wars Rex is the preferred figure as it has better weathering, more accessories, jet pack and head sculpt.

I got all of the Clone bois from Sideshow. You get everything you want with these. The bodies are not great, I had to put some work into them (put a tad of teflon on the joint pegs and put some loctite to secure the screws. Works a treat). But they are great now, good mobility (as good as a Clone can be). Prefer the headsculpts to the Hot Toys (I particularly do not like phase 2 Rex head, reminds too much of our German chancellor. Look Olaf Scholz up, you can't unsee it).

I’d love a young Ashoka the clone wars one we got is cool but she only had that outfit and the blue sabers for just that arc I wanna see the young actors likeness with the green sabers

Looks good, love the phase one armor and sculpt. I wish mor e phase one helmets were given with the figures. I personally don't like the character face sculpts. This is nice!!!!!

This is the Phase 1 helmet in the Ahsoka show that exhibits several differences from the original CGI version. The fin at the top is bigger, the base of the helmet is broader, and the mouth is more open and thinner. Personally, I'm not a big fan of this new version, I would be happier to see an improved version of the original CGI Phase 1 design...

There are some differences in the armor since this is based on the live action armor. There are probably more differences than most people realize. However, I don't think this will be a big seller. It was probably pretty cheap to create this version with a few changes to the already existing parts from the Clone Wars Rex and the Kenobi series Clone Trooper.

This armor looks very similar to the live action 501st clones from the Kenobi show… not a fan of those tbh. Also, I don’t think the colors will match with the clone wars Rex figure, which might make it even less appealing.

@@sagetaylor5694 I agree it is similar to the Kenobi series armor. The blue on the Ahsoka Rex is lighter than the Clone Wars Rex. The weathering is lighter on the Ahsoka Rex. Sideshow has the new Rex listed for $260. I wouldn't be surprised if Hot Toys releases an Ahsoka series Anakin.

I don’t know what it’s like in the rest of the world. But Rex isn’t a common figure in the UK, and it seems to go for £275/ £360 mark. I prefer this look, but sad there’s no unmasked head.

The only good thing about it is that the poltrón is removable and the figure can now have better posing abilities than the original. Truth be told they should have done this with the first figure and it would have sold better, except for the gun holsters they are way to big.

Silly how they still didn't weather the material under his belt that covers the side of his legs. Looks Fake...everything weathered but that. Musta went shopping after a battle and only fixed that. Still i great looking figure though.

This is fine for people who need a phase 1 Rex, I guess. Not for me. I prefer the phase 2 armor and he's regularly on sale new. Plus this Ahsoka figure has no head sculpt. Does this mean that Hot Toys may do a CW Anakin 2.0 with the new head sculpt? Or maybe RotS robes with the red lightsaber like we saw in the WBW scene?

Lmao, HT be milking that shit. They already made Captain Rex from CW if he were to be in Live Action, and now they're doing it again. Next, they will announce another CW Anakin, with shorter hair this time. I wonder if they'll bother with young Ahsoka at all.
