I'm going to have to pick her up! Many years ago I was bummed I missed out on the variant play arts/Square Enix Batgirl they made (That line started me down the bigger scale figures, but they kind of fall apart in hand...). But now I'm glad I did because this one is so much better than that one!

In a museum pose the hip joints don't stand out too much. I'm glad that they went for a more poseable design. She's not a live-action character so breaking up the realism a bit is okay with me. Very excited to get her!

Batgirls costume is so cool. especially the boots. I'm surprised Hot Toys didn't go with a full on seamless body for the armor at the legs, although I don't think it takes all that much away from the figure.

I totally understand. I wouldn't say it's a deal breaker, but the thigh joints are the one thing that have me on the fence about getting her. I rate the head sculpt and the costume both a 10, but because of the thigh joints, the body is probably a 6....maybe a 7...so taking everything into consideration, the figure overrall is somewhere between an 8.6 to a 9, which is great...but for the price, it needs to be at least a 9. It depends on how visible the thigh joints are in person. The thigh joints are the only thing that bother me.

Another meticulously great review, Justin! I also like that they made the legs separated from the torso. Batgirl naturally would be in some dynamic poses, and since Arkham Batman’s legs don’t have the greatest range of motion, it’s nice of HT to include a member of the Bat Family that does.

Much like the Hot Toys Battle Angel Alita, I never thought that Batgirl would ever see the light of day. Fortunately, the two year wait was well worth it, because the figure looks absolutely stunning in every single aspect. The head sculpt looks great and it's quite pretty. The eyes have a nice sense of realism. I like the interchangeable mouth pieces. The rooted hair is perfect, aside from some minor futzing. It has a nice natural flow as it drapes over the cape. The suit looks great as well. The gold pops against the black. I also like the cape and I appreciate the inclusion of the wire frame as well. The fact that the legs and boots are separate pieces instead of being one seamless piece improves articulation and movement. Of course, if everything was seamless, it would end up adding unnecessary stress to the tight fitting spandex material. The figure doesn't come with a lot of accessories, but it does come with the ones that you'd expect Batgirl to have. The display stand has some nice art work and I like the inclusion of the silver placard. Hot Toys definitely knocked this one out of the park. Batgirl looks as if she was pulled straight from Batman Arkham Knight and then shrunken down to a 1/6th scale figure. The figure is a great representation of her appearance from the video game. I've always had a soft spot for Batgirl and I've always liked her as a character and Hot Toys have done her justice with this release. Otherwise, thanks as always Justin for another wonderful video. I really appreciate the continued hard work. Keep it up!

I am looking to add this batgirl to my collection and I really am excited! The figure is pretty much source-accurate. The Chest symbol, gauntlets/belt, and boots are also three different colors in the 3D character model, so that is also accurate.

Looks great! I may have some nitpicks on the character design itself but they captured the look from the game spectacularly. I gonna be in the minority and gonna get some slack, but here’s hoping they’ll eventually give us Batgirl from the Batman and Robin movie. Say what you want about the film, the actress and the costume, but I personally would love to see that version in proper figure form.

Just got this figure. The Marvel Legends style crotch area takes some getting used to. Disappointed that the gauntlets are made of soft rubber. But overall, it's stunning. This is one figure where you can push the joints.

I’m a little bit conflicted with the legs being plugged in……yes it gives maximum range but it takes away the seemless look of the figure but other than that I love it and will be picking it up. By the way I like the gold even though might not be accurate because it’ll mix better with the Pristine Edition Batman the only regular Arkham Knight Batman that I have.
