Inspired by the appearance of Batmobile in Tim Burton’s live-action movie Batman (1989), Sideshow and Hot Toys are launching the legendary ride as a sixth scale collectible vehicle.
The screen-accurate Batmobile measures approximately 100cm is fully designed to capture the mechanical design and painting bringing the remarkable Bat vehicle to reality. Features an incredible amount of details, including those only seen in Batman Returns such as the slide-open canopy door; head and taillights, jet engine and dashboard panel with LED light up function; rotatable wheels; gadgets including the side-mounted batdisc launchers, machine guns, grappling hooks and shinbreakers, and a rotary base to recreate scenes in the Batcave.
The Batmobile vehicle is going to make an awesome addition to your DC Comics collectibles display! Pair with your sixth scale Batman collectibles for the ultimate tribute to your favorite Caped Crusader.

I bought the first release version 10 years back for £375 including postage, sold that for £1000, that was a very good return, I was gutted it went. I paid for the version 2 so glad to have it back, I also paid for the jazzinc version, very lucky to have the funds to do this as there not cheap but I work hard to get them, not everyones cup of tea but this is what really floats my boat.

You should see the Jazzinc version closer to 1:6 scale a little bigger than the hot toys. If hot toys made this today vs a re-issue from 2012 it would probably be a little larger. (Like their other update 2.0 figures with better scale.) But I still ordered this one.

Looks good with this V2 re-issue. Too bad no "Shield" cocoon effect shielding cover like V1 release way back when. Good release for those that missed out on. Have V1 my self and really enjoy the 1/6th scale '89 Batmobile overall.

@@luigibizzotto5954 Should be the same. When you meant “light effects”, the head light, back tail light, interior & exhaust? If you have never taken your V1 out of the box and play with it, you can always do a search on KZbin with V1 review of the ‘89 Batmobile to see if light up function is the same.
