I'm glad they're getting more into the comic figures. Live Action properties are mostly limited in what you can make. DC and Marvel comics, on the other hand, have nearly a centuries' worth of characters and appearances to tap. Now, let's hope HT is smart and makes Superman.

This will straight away be my favourite Batman figure in the collection. They should be able to re-use the body for a blue version with the yellow emblem and a Superman figure. I'd buy just about any DC figures based on the comics so this is a dream announcement!

This is a MUST HAVE for me, I need them to give us the mutant boss, Superman, & joker! I’d love if they did a muddy Batman & a muddy Mutant boss fighting in a mud hole diorama with attachable mud splatter effects on each character for dynamic fight poses. I have this version of Batman by Rovanic and I am still planning to order this. Knowing Hot Toys they will get use out of this body by making a blue & grey version, battle damaged, unmasked version, armored version, Superman, and Mutant Leader. I am personally hoping for Hot Toys Jim Lee and Alex Ross versions.

3:17 Black and Grey. All the way. BTAS reruns was my introduction to Batman as a VERY young kid so it’ll always be black and grey but I don’t hate the blue at all or the yellow backed bat symbol. My opinion on the blue is that if he is blue, it should be a dark navy blue like what Sideshow did with their old Batman so he can still blend in with shadows since Batman’s whole thing is stealth

its me or the batman logo looks made by pleather. To me this was made for the Hono line but they see the opportunity to make more money with the Hot Toys logo on the box. We all know they are going to release the blue version and battle damage version. He never use that rifle with the black suit.

Rovanic Studios figure is light years better than this. Lots of areas that are lacking….the fake leather looking belt made out of plastic, the wired cape, would love to see a drape cape instead. Also, the headsculpts look way too goofy looking. His “trunks” are too small they look like speedos. You would think with the money you spend on high end figures like this they would use real genuine leather for all the various pieces of the bat suit. Hot toys dropped the ball on this one in my eyes.
