Both, the Hot Toys Demom Batman head sculpt and the custom Demon Batman head sculpt look really good. They're appropriately terrifying and scary. This is definitely a very unique figure to have in someone's collection. It stands out when compared to every other Batman figure that's out there. The rough surfaces make Demon Batman's suit look like its been charred or burnt. This is a solid piece overall. Thanks, Dean! As always, I really appreciate the hard work! Keep it up! Hi Dean. I made it to use blu tack putty without the peg post. No cutting, or dremeling was needed.

You should try some black sugru. It's a moldable rubber/plastic. If you put it in the neck and then press that down over the peg, it should mold around it like clay and then it'll cure after 24 hours to be like a hard rubber. That'll hold the head in place and if you ever decide to repurpose the parts, it wouldn't be too difficult to pull apart and scrape it out.

I feel like I'm the only person who has the Demon Batman figure in their collection, with the exception of yourself of course. Suppose it's great having something different in the collection compared with what other collectors have? The two issues I have with this figure is 1) I find the head pops off way too easy and 2) The cape is way too big. I'd love to get a custom cape but I wouldn't really know how to create that torn/burnt look and make it look great. BTW that custom head sculpt looks fantastic.

I love it buddy! This is one of the main figures that I missed out on that I wish I had, I just want on eBay and there's a two pack of him and scarecrow for 389 but it sounds too good to be true. I guess I always hold out hope that hot toys will do a 2.0 since they keep revisiting this line which is fine with me because I absolutely love the Dark Knight trilogy. I already have a cool custom scarecrow and the daft toys one, and I know there's the 2.0 that's coming out that I'm going to pre-order. So I don't know if I'm going to pull the trigger and buy the two packs on eBay. I'm going to figure it out by today, though, because I really do want this figure. Yours looks great tho ❤
