Pretty good review! I wish you got to review Venom as well, I got him and Scarlet Spider and now I'm looking forward to adding her to the team BTW the narly stitching under the right arm is something every copy has, I guess that one bit is hand stitched because they slide the body in from that side

Thanks for the heads up! Understanding why the stitches turned out the way they did definitely makes them easier to look past. And thank you so much for the kind feedback~ Sadly, Hot Toys content don't do well on this channel...perhaps due to the sheer amount of reviewers covering their products, so a small timer like me can't compete for the traffic. It's the same reason I chose to review the Limtoys Arthur Morgan over Venom this past Christmas. Maybe if/when this channel gets a little bigger, I'd shoot for more Hot Toys reviews.

Excellent informative review. I don't know if HT made a new body for her but I am loving the proportion on this anyway. Blonde hair color seems to be problem for figures in general. It's hard to get a correct tone.

Hi friend! I have a hunch that Hot Toys have used at least a hybrid body if not an entirely new one. The calves and torso are way too defined for their general use female figure bodies. And yea, Thor head sculpts occasionally have this problem too: his skin tone and hair color is way too dark, like he's under some filter. Thank you for watching, as always!!

Thank you so much for the continued support! I'm not proud to admit that I have the Bullet Head version too...I packed that one in storage faster than the Flash can go backwards in time. I mean I knew it was gonna be bad, but it was so much worse 😅

@@ElbearToys it's ok man, I was so close to making a purchase on that figure. I just couldn't get past the headsculpt they gave her. But at least you have both in hand to clearly see the differences for yourself in person. Body articulation, material, sculpt, Good advice with suggesting not to keep her too long in any extreme poses. Take the picture and put her back in a stationary pose. Also good to watch for any "cracking" that can happen to the material over time.

I also got this figure and really enjoyed putting her on different dynamic poses. I'm relatively new when it comes to collecting 1/6 scale figures especially characters with rubbery suits like Spider-Man so I'm not fully aware about the cracking issues on these figures. Guess I gotta refrain from putting them on such complicated poses for too long. Although it kinda beats the purpose of these figures since they are highly articulated that it feels like a waste just to let them sit on the shelves on those boring museum poses.

Great video pal, actually I think that Hot Toys body would be perfect if she was caked, Flat-chested caked, thicc thighs, pear shaped body (all volume located in the lower body), do you know if there are any bodies for sale like that? I'd like to know since I been trying to find it out but nothing, it seems that type of body is not even considered or underrated :/

Unfortunately I'm not sure if there will ever be another body type that would work for this figure because the suit is not meant to be taken a part. Even if you manage to take it off, it's tailored to fit only a slender body. A more extreme mod would be to take everything apart and replace the lower body. But again, the fabric probably will be over-stretched and it's hardly worth it. However, Gwen seems to have a bigger build in the sequel, so if our luck holds, Hot Toys will have a new iteration of her and Miles.
