i had an SNS code. replaced one sensor and still got SNS. replaced the other sensor and now the spa won't turn on at all. checked breaker and disconnect, nothing seems wrong. does this mean the board is bad?

If a sensor is bad it can still throw a low flow code if it’s not getting the proper temp change? I have the filter out and all the jets going. Everything seems to be flowing great but still LF code. Please help!!!

I get the sn code on mine my spa does nothing no motor no nothing the jets click when i hit the button but the motor does nothing so i replaced both sensors an it does the same thing power on an nothing goes to pr for 5 min then 2 lines for a few min the says the temp of water an then sn code no motor turns on

My pump don’t even go on as soon as it plugged in goes straight to SN error.. what can it be??

Can be the Sensor or board as indicated in this video.. The pump does not cause SN codes but will not run when you have an SN code.. Spa Guy

first: Great Video! Question though: I am getting a sensor our of sync code on my Artestian Spa. I do believe that the M7 sensor(s) are bad but wondering if you get that code, will it not let the pump that pushes water through the heater get any electrical load? I put a volt meter on the terminals and not getting any voltage on the heater and there is no pump engagement.

It could be many different ways.. the way the sensors sync is water movement.. If the Pump is not running that can cause the issue. After you power up you will get a PR code for prime.. To take it out of prime mode simply hit the temp up button.. As soon as you do that the pump going through the heater should come on.. If it doesn't you have to deal with that issue first..

I have a Balboa M7 heater attached to a Balboa BP2000G1. The display panel shows "Heater is too hot". System then shuts down. Thoughts?

a spa guy that doesnt undertstand water=??? its coming back down the outlet of the heater - needs a slide on both ends or it will always do that

Temp was set on f8 and you said no good and put it on f2 what does this mean for the tub thx.

What about SnS code (sensor out of balance)? Replaced entire heater assembly with new sensors. Will it run & heat on one sensor? About to get stupid cold here and almost ready to go shopping for a new tub.

No it will not run on one sensor.. If you replaced the complete heater with both M7 Sensors the board is bad if it stall has an SNS code..

Got a Snb code and replaced the sensors, cut the breaker back on and still get the same code. Does this mean the board is gone?

What do you call overheating? What is the temp set at and what is the actual temp?

Well, that was almost a complete waste of time, skipped right over diagnosing the bad sensor!!! Did not know about the 8 sec cycle.

No it told you how to diagnose it you replace it with a known good sensor as indicated in the video..
