A great conversion of a rather dumb looking toy into a brilliant rendition of something which could, if you looked hard enough, still be lurking in the deserts of Nevada and New Mexico. I do like the tractor unit - fantasy, obviously, but it looks tough - a definite 'Mad Max' vehicle. Great use of LEGO parts, too. Excellent.

Very nice idea! The set looks awesome. TCutting off the rear roof of the trailer would allow to create an observation post. Annother WWII Bomber like ballturret cuppola would be nice too. Now you need to make a UFO ! an a Diorama where all the Set comes together.

Wow, another great makeover Danny, that left me yet again blown away, and wishing I could purchase such an item from off the store shelves. I had memories of a first season X Files episode spring to mind, which is always a cool pop culture memory lane to revisit. Watching your videos off late has reignited an interest in collecting diecast cars. I also think, well, wouldn't Danny's videos make for a great 30 minute BBC 4 programme. I love winding down to a couple of your videos Danny, and you provide wonderful voiceover to each one. I'm missing that voiceover, but the videos are still great viewing, and if your voice returns, double win!

Love the concept... felt the rust on the truck was abit overdone... is there a reason you didn't just add some pitting with the Dremel burr tool in place of some of the rust weathering?

Great build I would rather hear you talking about ideas you had or methods you're using rather then the music. Things I might have done a bit different rims and tires would of made them different from truck to trailer and with the blue tarp rope or bungie cords holding it in place might of looked a bit better. A bit more on the dishes might of made them look more interesting visually. A figure or two with tinfoil hats might of been a great add to it also.

Awesome custom combo yet again Danny! Its projects like this one that prove beyond all doubt that you are a true artisan with these diecast models. I love the concept, the execution and the detailing was truly inspiring! The only complaint I can make is about the lack of commentary. If you continue to do these "music only" videos, could you please consider adding some text on the screen to help those of us learning from your techniques? Thanks for sharing, stay safe and keep on keeping on!!

Danny, I get the impression from the footage that you're pretty pleased with this one. Rightly so; I'd say this was easily your best build to date - it's fantastic. 👌👍😁 Every detail (and there are 𝒍𝒐𝒕𝒔) is beautifully done; it just oozes character and quirkiness. Looking at what you started with, I had no idea where this was going but it was worth the wait. What a huge amount of work went into this; how long did it take you? I must admit though; I would have added a diorama base to bring it all together - maybe something you can add later? This one's on a whole different level Danny - just SUPERB !! Cheers for now, Dougie.
