This game looks like it could be amazing. Couple things need changing: * Make the lap text bigger * Make the ranking text bigger and less cluttered. I'm racing here, I only have enough time to glance over at this stuff; make it big and easy to read at a glance. * This better have online play up to at least 8 players * Cross-play online would be nice, but I realize it's a lot of work * A drafting mechanic would be nice for increased speed and building up nitro (similar to Hotshot Racing)

I feel like in the final release this game needs 1 of 2 things. Either you earn car packs through racing and these car packs you open to get new cars. You can never get a duplicate and you just open packs till all cars are unlocked. The second option is you earn credits and buy cars based on a price. Hot wheels is all about finding and getting new cars and being excited about it and I hope this game implements that somehow

Out of a courtesy, they should tractor-beam the car in mid-air and throw it back on the track at an earlier location, or a time-delay if going back would be "off track". (In the air-gap of a jump.)

The SCALE is INCREDIBLE!!! The decision to make them ACTUAL TOYS is huge! Not making them "real world cars that look like hotwheels" like in previous attempts. Making them TOYS in a real world scenario is SOOOO SMART. YOu can see mold lines, theyre stamped on the bottom, you can tell the difference in materials little things like that MAKE IT GOOD! And again, THE SCALE IS SO F'N IMPRESSIVE!! It looks SO GOOD!! Toys in 64th scale, racing on 64th scale track, through a 1 to 1 scale "real world" environment makes me SO STOKED FOR THIS. I havent seen an ACTIALLY GOOD Hot Wheels game in all my 35 years until this one. P.S. THE TRACK EDITOR HAS POTENTIAL TO ROCK THE WORLD! LOL I hope it goes viral and people all over the world go crazy building tracks and trying to out do each other. P.S.S. Tell that Skyscraper level ISN'T GORGEOUS!!!!!!! When you go "outside" for the first time, ITS FRIGGIN STUNNING!! The sky is beautiful the clouds are perfect, they look soft, like you can reach thru them and wisp them around right thru the TV. Im SO.DAMN IMPRESSED with what theyre trying, and clearly so far succeeding, to do with this game/concept.

This year is a good year for racing games. We have F1 2021 coming out, I don't know when Gran Turismo 7 will be out, we're also getting Forza Horizon 5 on Xbox and PC, and Hot Wheels Unleashed is on the way. I love how many Hot Wheels cars are in this game. So much history. And there's also Cruis'n Blast for the Nintendo Switch
