Battle mode was literally the fun of Twisted Metal with a WIDE variety of cars and the ability to do stunts. If I started play it again today I know I'll get as hooked as I did years ago.

My favourites are Velocity X and World Race. Sadly my World Race doesn't work anymore, I get that reading memory card error message on ps2 which does NOT happen with any other game I own. Velocity X works fine and I still enjoy it these days.

The MS-T Suzuka and the Sho-Stopper are still some of the best looking fictional Hot Wheels cars to this day. I had all of these cars (the toys) as a kid strictly because of this game lol
