It's frustrating for me to see that anywhere. The people here need to come together and support and love each other, and I understand that may only be possible with financial help from the outside. Poverty makes life too hard for anyone, I understand that personally. So they need good jobs and proper housing, to have dignity for themselves. When I said, be educated and start your own businesses, I meant there's so many businesses you can do online to make a lot of money. All you need is a good mentor to show you, I know a lot of them. So I think my reaction to this in the first place, all these neighborhoods could easily be developed and improved. People need something besides a gang lifestyle and thug mentality. I don't care what color someone is, it's basically just ignorance. Focus on helping each other, not shooting each other. If the government and corporations don't care, what if all the black millionaire nfl, nba players and rappers all chipped in ? These people could all be living in luxury high rises, not buildings that should be torn down. For example, C murder's net worth is only $500,000, but Master P's net worth is $350 million. Do you think Master P could spare $10 or $20 million to build some nice quality housing for these people? Of course he could. Will he ever do it ? Probably not. To answer your question, I think people should develop you because they want to and they care.
