Hello everyone I am so excite about my hotel collection diffuser. This scent machine is life changing. If you need your scent game to elevate this is the product to do it. I got mine on a special from hotel collection. The price was $150 dollars plus oils to run it which very in price $26 to 100 dollars due to scent and amount of oil. You can also pick up a similar machine and oils from Aroma 360 and from a separate company on amazon called j cloud. I reviewed j cloud plug in already and loved that too. For faster shipping but at more cost go with amazon. If you are patient you can order directly from any of these companies but the shipping times are long. I waited 6 weeks for mine. I will say the customer service of the company is excellent. They were aware and accommodating about there long shipping times and made it right for me. I also want to note that all the items in this video were bought by my self with my own money. I am not affiliated with or paid by this company or any other to talk about it and review it. This scent machine was something I have been looking for and I love it.

I got mine today, it came in a cheaper looking box then that one which is weird. So far we dont smell it. Its on 4 hours. So does that mean it sprays every 4 hours...

Do not recommend this product. Received one that didn’t work and they don’t want to give you a Full refund.

Buyer beware, this company has been reported to the Better Business Bureau and FTC for fraud. Missing items in orders but they’ll say its all there. Multiple people I’ve talked to all have the same experience. Customer service is terrible only Email (which they don’t get back to you).

I have the new machine I guess because my remote is different. Is it suppose to put out a mist that you can actually see because I see nothing? I left my room for about 20 minutes and came back, I could barely smell the scent. I can only smell it when the machine goes off. The remote has a low medium and high. I actually have it at high and can barely smell it. I'm not really sure I will keep it. Let me know if you think I'm doing something wrong. Thanks

So I am not sure, on my remote I have settings I can change the scent level. From 20% up to 95%. Also there are density buttons as well to up it or lower it too. And at the bottom has 1 hour to 8 hours. The new model remote sounds like they were trying to make it easier but you lose the options. It puts out a vapor that’s very fine. I can see it sometimes if I am right up on my machine otherwise I don’t really see it.

Do you see the mist coming out ? I done think your machine is working properly. You should be able to see the mist and the smell is quite strong . Mine wasn’t working initially and I played with it and finally the mist started coming out .

I bought one it worked fine for a long time so I thought I would buy another one then it stopped working. I bought a third one now I have a problem with all three and Customer Service will not take care of any of it. You cannot talk to them they want you to text.

Can you charge the diffuser and use without the plug in cord attached. I don’t like seeing wires

Sadly I think you must have the cord to make it work. I haven’t found one that you don’t need a cord. Other then the one you connect to your ac unit that’s all hidden away I believe.

ISSUE RESOLVED - 1. Make sure the plastic tab(in the battery) is taken removed. 2. Remove the battery. 3. Make sure the battery is properly installed again. 4. Unplug the diffuser 5. Plug it back in 6. To Pair it with the Studio Scent Diffuser: While the device is unplugged, press and hold the (ON) button while pointing to the LED Light indicator. Plug the device to power it on, you will see the LED light will blink in Red. Once the blinking has stopped, the remote is paired.

YES - THANK YOU!!! That worked perfectly! We have been so frustrated bcuz our remote matches the one pictured in the pamphlet, but it has no blue buttons. Your posted steps worked perfectly. Why on earth doesn’t HC have that posted all over! I do have an issue with the 4 hour/day max. Their pamphlet says 8 hours max & that is more reasonable + at these prices 4 is just silly! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

@@melann0424does yours make noise? mine does and I read to make sure tube isnt bent which it is and it won’t un bend because the tube is obviously to long, however it works and smells good!

Mine doesn’t change color so not sure if that’s a up grade on the new model. I only have 2 lights on mine and they change when you pick what you want with the remote.

My order came today. Remote not the same. It splashes, no mist. I notice the tube does not have the black tip like yours. A waste of money. Have to pay to return. DO NOT BUY!!!

Same issue with mine. Oil splashes out of the top and there’s absolutely no mist. Just a big mess on my table. So bummed as I was looking forward to using it

In this case they have no clue who I am and they have never sent me anything for free. These are my purchases and my thoughts. I do love it and no I don’t have splatter as you can see from the video. I put towels down for my cat’s safety and if it gets knocked over when I am not home.

Hotel collection is no longer making this model . The new model comes with a small tube and it don’t require the black tip. The remote also is different Trust me it took a lot of messages and they finally got back to me threw there Facebook page on messenger and they were very fast to respond. I will make an updated video to help everyone that is having the same issue I had due to we all got the new model

$60 FEE to return and email inbox full. They offter “hassel-FREE returns” not FREE returns. I consider a $60 return fee for a shipping label way too much, and having to hand deliver with a code to USPS a hassle. Their email inbox is full, so good luck communicating with them.
