Hotel Collection Studio Pro Scent Diffuser & S/3 Oils
Transform your living space into a luxurious retreat with the Hotel Collection Studio Pro scent diffuser. Complete with three included scented oils, the compact design provides a consistent and long-lasting aroma. To operate, connect the adapter to the charging base. Rotate upper half of the diffuser counterclockwise, while firmly holding the bottom half. Insert a Pro-Pod counterclockwise into the diffuser. Close the unit by sliding the upper half of diffuser back into place. Turn clockwise to lock. Hold down the power button on the diffuser and remote simultaneously to pair. Once blinking light stops, remote is synced. Choose from three settings: low (diffuse for 15 seconds/pause for five minutes), medium (diffuse for 15 seconds/pause for three minutes), or high (diffuse for 15 seconds/pause for one minutes). I really loved their original one, the new pro studio model is too noisy, and the bottle has the straw inside, and you won’t be able to use any other products other that hotel collection. Unless it is the original , do not buy the pro model, the oil smells amazing though!

Do not buy from this company (Hotel Collection Studio Scent). I have been trying to reach them for 3 months now. I have sent 6 emails and am still waiting for an answer. I also used the email portal on their website, and that, too, to no avail. I asked for technical support and made an appointment for a call back at 3:15 PM, November 18, 2024, but I am still waiting to hear back from someone. Finally, I decided to call them, and I waited for 40 minutes. The line dropped when I was about to explain the reason for my call.
