Great hotel tour! How would you your stay from 1 to 10 star?

This would be up around a 7 or 8. It was a nice room, but a little worn around the edges. I wouldn't have a problem staying there for an extended period. It's in a very nice area with lots of restaurants nearby, and close to I-10.
