aaj banate hain Sambhar ki recipe, ye wali recipe ekdam hotel style me banaenge ye Sambar me hum log masala bhi ghar me hi banaenge. Chahe idli ke saath serve karo ya dosa, ye ek baar ghar me banaoge to bahar ki bhul jaoge
Ingredients For Sambar
3 Tbsp sesame Seed Oil
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
Pinch of Dana Methi
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger
Handful of Curry leaves
Three onions Sliced
Two big tomatoes Finely chopped
1 Tsp Coriander Power
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 Cup tamarind Paste
Chopped green vegitable as explained in Video
10 to 15 Kashmiri Red chilli
1 Tbsp Coriander whole,chana dal,
1/2 Tsp Black papper
1/4 Tsp Asafoetida Powder
Pinch of Dana methi
Small Cinnamon Stick
1 Tsp Mustard seeds
1 Tbsp Urad Dal
1 Tsp Cumin seeds
1 Tbsp sesame oil
Handful of Curry leaves
Half cup fresh grated coconut
1/2 Cup toor dal
1/2 Cup moong dal
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder, pinch of Hing, Salt
Handful of Curry leaves
Chopped coriander
Tadka
Green Chillies
