I remember your videos back when this place was a run down office building. I think overall they did a nice job with the renovations and made their smaller rooms work well. It seems they have since rebranded to The Gin Hotel as part of Choice Hotel's Ascend Collection though otherwise the rooms are pretty similar, if anything it probably put them more on the map. I'm not sure putting residential units on top was the best idea, as the hotel likely could have sold those as higher end mini suites for weddings and other events like that, though that is a fairly minor gripe and overall this is really nice.

Nice place. Like with American Trains & Elevators I too would be curious about what changes they brought to the place since it's changed hands. On one hand itis modern, on another it's almost too modern (I think a slightly more historic look would be more fitting for the area); lovely huge bathroom but not sure if I care for the shower head. Like with Anatole2201 I'm not sure about the idea of putting residential units ontop either.

Awesome! Was the building always a hotel? Because I thought it turned into a hotel just this year. Awesome how they preserved history by keeping the right 1 original! I wonder how you call it? It just looks like they added new doors to it. Never knew there was a Salem in that building.
