This is definitely the weakest film in the series so far, but it still has some pretty interesting scenes, at least. I like Johnny's monster form, and the climax where everyone works together to sheild Mavis from the sunlight is pretty cool. Also, weird that Selena Gomez was the only VA from the original to stay on all this time.

Hotel Transylvania: It's all about a strict dad meeting a boy his daughter falls in love with. Hotel Translyvania 2: It's all about a grandad teaching his grandchild about culture and turning him into him. Hotel Transylvania 3: A Man finding a second love hiding from his daughter. Hotel Transylvania 4: A middle aged man lying to his son in law and disrespecting his behaviour.

The reason Adam Sandler and Kevin James were replaced from their original roles in this movie is because Adam Sandler signed a new development deal with Netflix, and since then, Adam Sandler has only been focusing and doing more of Netflix movies than movies that are not Netflix material

Adam Sandler did NOT return to voice Dracula. He and Tartakovsky had creative differences since the first film, apparently. So, for the HT short that came out before this movie, they had to recast Drac. Fortunately, they didn't have to look too far. Voice actor and viral voice impressionist, Brian Hull (really great guy, definitely recommend checking out his content), had done plenty of impressions videos, and in some of them, his Dracula voice sounded very close to Sandler's. I guess the producers must've looked up his videos and reached out to him. They were likely that impressed. Anyway, from then on, Brian became the new voice of Dracula. Unfortunately, this is the last film in the franchise. No Hotel Transylvania 5.

Honestly I thought Dracula already accepted Johnny as part of the family, because that’s want the first movie talked that he met him but he didn’t wanted to accept him. How come in Hotel Transylvania 2 and 3 we never see a part where Dracula tells Johnny. “Hey why are you still part of my family I don’t want you no more leave now and never return.” Johnny would say “Okay I understand I thought you accepted me.” I was sad that Adam Sandler, Kevin James and Sadie Sandler didn’t play Dracula, Frankstein and Winnie. I hate when a movie gets a sequel the voice actors get recast and get new ones for example this one. Will Ferrell, David Cross and Tina Fey didn’t play Megamind, Minion or Roxanne in Megamind 2. And Sally Hawkins won’t play Ms. Brown in Paddington 3 in Peru.

This movie is ok. I'm glad they focused on Dracula and Johnny. I was wishing that this movie had Dracula's and Erica's wedding. It was sad that Adam wasn't here for this one but Brain Hull did a great job with what he had.

Honestly, I don’t think Dracula told Johnny it was a human thing because it actually was a human vs monster thing. I think he was just genuinely worried about giving someone like Johnny a business let alone HIS business to run with his daughter🥴 could be wrong tho🥸

The 4th movie got crazier. Johnny turned into a monster and Dracula and his friends turned into humans (Blobby is a gelatin). Fun fact: Adam Sandler and Kevin James didn't play Dracula and Frankenstein in the 4th movie 😲😲😲🤣🤣🤣

Unfortunately, the weakest film in the franchise imo. It’s not because Adam Sandler didn’t return for the role of Dracula, but rather the film lacked the certain charm that the previous films had. I’m sure the team behind Transformania did their best, but it failed to impress me.

That movie was indeed, total trash. The writers had no clue what to do with this movie at all. The concept about the two leads switching species sounds cool, but the execution made everything much worse. There are way too many plot wholes that are never even once thought through, the animation although decent, can be all over the place with the over the top movements. And the characters just make everything worse, especially Dracula himself. I love the voice by Brian Hull, but the same can’t be said as a character in general. Dracula does the same old thing like hiding things from his daughter and never even learns from that mistake, and as a human, all he would do is whine and complain throughout the whole thing. 2/10

yeah, this movie is pretty much the weakest out of all of them, but yeah, the movies are inconsistent with dracula's power's can't freeze Mavis, but froze her in first movie can't hypnotize vampires in 2nd can in this one.
