Simon Casson might have started his career in the hospitality industry as a dishwasher in a restaurant, but his career has grown steadily over the past 35 years. Currently the President - Hotel Operations, Europe, Middle East & Africa at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Casson arrived in Dubai in 2014 to open the first Four Seasons address in the emirate, Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. With three years in the role, Casson has been instrumental in the group’s expansion plans in the MENA region.
