Holly, I loved this video 7 months ago and even more today! I’m 69 years old and when I grow up I hope I can craft half as good as you! You are simply amazing! I made one of the cheese graters years ago, for my older sister. She had just remodeled her kitchen using the colors black and white, so I too used the same colors. She loved it, and it remained as part of her kitchen, even when she moved to Tennessee. She pasted away 4 years ago and her youngest daughter brought the cheese grater back to me, and she reminded me how much her mom loved it. When I use my grater in my kitchen, grating cheese, or cabbage and carrots for cole slaw, I always think of my sister. Love you and miss you Darlene!!!!! 💔💔💔

Hello Holly. Love the cheese grater. I’m fortunate to have my Grandmother’s very old cheese grater. After decorating I set it over a small battery operated candle which gives it a lovely glow. Think Charlotte would be amazed at that. 😊

Hello, just a tip, Amazon sells small, medium, large spray tents so you can spraypaint all year round. 2nd tip, I use acrylic to seal, as it doesn't yellow. I loved the cheese grater! So adorable!!!

I love the cheese grater. I have put twinkle lights in them and it adds some light. You can also glue some floral foam to hold the flowers or greenery.

That was the cheapest Walmart inkjet printer. I always go ahead and just buy the cheapest one or grab one on Amazon that is cheap. You don’t need an expensive one to do it. You are a very nice Mom though. ❤️⛄️🎄🥰🎅

Loved the kitchen grater and how you were able to give it a cool aged patina. I was lucky enough to find an already distressed one in a thrift store. I shove some battery operated fairy lights in mine and it gives off a neat light effect thru the holes.

Love the lanterns, as for the grater's oxidation, those seem to be the areas handled so maybe from the skin's oil. You usually wouldn't handle the rough grating areas. Just a thought. I do like box graters.

Try putting the pie plate on a lazy susan , slowly turn with the brush above, you will get an even coat on the edge of your plate, no touch up needed.

Lol, I just bought a Lazy Susan. Found one at Amazon for $17. Price not bad but I need it for spray painting. I was using a floppy cheap sponge brush so I’m not sure the Lazy Susan would’ve helped in this case, but I will try it next time! A make up sponge works better. Thank you for the tip! 👍😁❤️🎄🧑‍🎄🎅

Really cute ideas and nice finished crafts. FYI only - that is a pie plate, not a cake plate. You can tell because cake plates have straight sides and pie plates have sides that slant outward. Enjoy
