It’s true, remove the flame to add the batteries. It will work and on a timer too! They are a great find. I used them as floating ghost candle during Halloween. I will used them at Christmas as well, just add a ribbon and place on the window ledge.

😮! The forever vintage Christmas book is absolutely STUNNING! I’m making three… one for each daughter and one for myself. Holly, I just had surgery to place a pin and screw in my broken foot. Your videos have kept me company and given inspiration and really, your voice is so soothing. Love it!

I normally do not like crackle anything but this book is just enchanting to me. How sweet it turned out. I'm going to give it a shot. And your sign is simply delightful. I just subscribed tonight. You have a very soothing voice. I have bad anxiety so when I find a channel that doesn't make me cringe I subscribe. The anxiety is so new to me and I am 74 yrs of age. Appreciate so much how you will talk about "mistakes" that get made & how easy they are to fix - especially when you were cutting the multiple pages and they slid and went wonky. I've always thought it was something I was doing wrong, so it was nice to see it WASN'T just me, that it happens to others too. The trim you put on the Northpole sign was absolutely perfect!!

I use rubberized shelf liner whenever I’m working on a project that slides around. Really works out well and of COURSE you can buy it at the Dollar Tree. Beautiful pieces that you’ve created. I can5 wait to try my hand at them😊

Stunning! I bought those exact vintage pages from Temu a couple of weeks ago and started a vintage book two days ago! I never thought to use markers for a stencil! Great idea! Hi Holly, I really love all these projects but the book is my favorite. You mentioned that one of your stencils was bent so I just wanted to share this with you. That happened to several of my stencils and I heated them up with my heat gun and then put something heavy on them like a few books I covered every inch of the warm stencils with the books and left it for a few days and they were straight again so I could use them. Hope this helps someone so they can use the stencils and not have to have unusable craft supplies. I know we all try to save money by getting our supplies at bargain prices. Anyway thanks for all the great diy's.

I absolutely love glitter, and I work with it quite a bit doing nails, but even I agree that DT uses WAY too much. I have been doing custom press ons for a couple of years now, and I have resigned myself to the fact that I'll be finding glitter throughout my ENTIRE home for the rest of my life, but I would like to see DT scale their glitter back a bit. I don't want them to stop using it completely, but I really don't want to clean up THAT much glitter just from laying something down on my table. 😂 But, absolutely beautiful DIYs, hun!! 😍
