I bought Johnny’s pallet and your pallet and the butterfly kisses lip gloss. I bought like three of them I bought like four cents of the butterfly kisses because I want to give them for Christmas presents and they’re not here. I’m so upset. So I had to order the stuff from Oprah. I also ordered the topper from Oprah because I wanted the topper before they don’t have that one either and also, I think the starlight highlighter pallet because mine broke when I was on my vacation. Forgot their stuff here on time and I ordered it later. I just don’t understand what’s going on with ipsy. I think ipsy is going out of business because only you guys program until March and that’s it, I think the end of it is going to be between March and April. I’m going to see who is creating the icon box if I don’t like it. I’m canceling it all together and ordering a allure. I will never get rid of ice cream beauty because it is stunning and gorgeous. Allissa ordered Oprah mascara like three of them all for gifts for family members one for me and one for the rest family.

Hi Rhonda, happy new year. I have not received ice cream beauty box nor do I receive my box charm box for December ice cream beauty says it’s coming to January 7 today the second still haven’t received it still haven’t received my box. I’m kind of really upset because I can’t even get a hold of FC they keep saying I have the wrong Email I have the right email because I put a lot of extras in that box sponge illness drops for with the sunscreen in it and I’m really upset that I have not received them yet. It cost me about 100 bucks for the whole box and nothing and I cannot get in my FC. I’ve talked to FC on email and they keep saying going to the bot and the bot is not working, I’m getting really really upset. If I do not get my products I’m going to ipsy. I want my money back for January and December. I feel ipsy owes me some products for being so late. This is ridiculous.

It’s not gonna work on me so I have a Bone pick with ipsy and I also ordered a bunch of stuff from ipsy through their shop again again because I think they’re closing down. don’t know how to get in touch with Etsy is can you recommend a way to get in touch with ipsy since the bot keeps telling me that my email is wrong and my email is right I ordered three of your pallets because and three ofYari pallets because my cousin wanted some, and I wanted some backups
