Hi Dorian. I love tide but I end up buying the powder tide instead of liquid. It lasts way longer and I think it does better in my front loader than liquid does. Although I think the liquid and the powder tide have 2 different scents. Both origional don't smell the same to me.

Hey Danny. I prefer the powder too as it’s less foamy and a completely different formula, the powder one for me seems more scented and does a better job on stains.

In my front loader it seems less foamy as well. I can put in a whole scoop for a wash and not get alot of soap suds. The liquid foams in mine if I even put a little in. Our front loader is huge as well. It will take a California king comforter. Powder does better for me. I wish I could find the tide stain remover pens still as well. They worked great as well. It's getting harder to find the products we want and use all the time. It seems like they discontinue everything

I have a Tide pen that I got in the States on my last trip, I will have to hold on to it as it may be scarce now then lol x

I actually have one of these machines.. there is a clutch on the spin dryer. If it is not balanced it will not spin...other reason is the bent is worn and slipping .

My mate Phil from servisslimline was gonna be here all last week, but unfortunately that’s all been cancelled, we were going to fix it, but we will sort it out soon. I really love it.

@@HooverLux Yeah.. its a bit of a funny one cos the clutch doesnt fully engage until it reaches a certain speed. Primary cause is unbalanced load / drum, or belt slipping.. After that it gets a but more tricky .. ive not used the machine for a few years but it is very effective
