Here because I actually purchased this today though it is a whirlpool but it does have similar features. I was surprised as to how big and heavy this thing is!! I am an expat now living in South Africa and quite surprised to see that the product hasn't changed 6 years on. I only purchased this because my Samsung packed up on me after cleaning the inside, I think it will take a few weeks to get my head around all the functions. Thanks for the upload

I'm so happy to have found this video, I've had the Whirlpool 6th sense Professional for the last 6 years and loved it, unfortunately it's now not working as it should as something has burned out. Today I've ordered the Whirlpool mwp 3391 sx and as I'm in Spain I know the instructions will not be in English as they never are, this Hotpoint model is exactly the same so at least I can learn from the video and perhaps may be able to buy the instruction book in English from Hotpoint. Thanks for the video, it will make life easier as this model is a little different from my old one, if it's half as good I'll be very pleased with it.

Got this as a replacement on my kitchen cover for a Samsung.... it is HUGE!... After 2 weeks the bulb/light went off... Hotpoint want me to send it back for a bulb replacement!!!! I would do myself an injury lifting it and have already disposed of the box... no return label sent either... not a happy peep! Going to go through the endless process of ringing them again... will I get any sense?

You should have taken out the cover with them. If it couldn't be fixed sometime in the future, you could have got a replacement for free. LOL your provided frying pan literally got warped from getting used ONCE... and the handle used to grab it looks like pretty shitty light plastic that should melt just as easily... From the footage I'm guessing the grill doesn't get red hot either?

Oddly, this product is branded under Whirlpool here in Europe/Scandinavia. Can't find anything about it. Whirlpool says it has their 6-sense tech in it. Does this one have that?

It did, but after it cooled it went back to usual. After a few goes it didn’t deform much. Guessing first use caused the worst of it

I think that this is basically a rebranded Whirlpool MWPN 338 SB combi, also Whirlpool mostly owns Hotpoint so it is a technology reuse.

Greetings Henry, Thanks for an amazing frank video. I am considering purchasing the Whirlpool 33L Supreme Chef MWP339SB Microwave Oven. However, my concern is how much electricity does it consume??? In the time you had it, did your electricity consumption increase or decrease. This is the one subject nobody is making mention of or avoiding completely! Yes it can do amazing things, but at what cost? As some of these recipes run for 45 mins and making yogurt for 6 hours! ☹️ Strange that Hotpoint and Whirlpool are identical ovens 😂. After viewing the whirlpool WMP339SB, which unfortunately was manufactured in China, I was appalled at the quality, the model had a narrower handle that was coated with a cheap plastic chromed coating, was not brushed metal as with some handles seen on other makes! The turning knob was wobbly and not firm and felt flimsy. The only decent items were the steam bowls and tray. It reminds me of the BMW, all bling,bling, nice to drive, but suffers with numerous mechanical problems. I decided to rather invest in a ceramic Samsung or LG, than waste my money on the Chinese knock-off! I am however interested to know if your wider handle is also plastic or metal? Cheers Henry and next time, please cook a leg of lamb preferably or a whole chicken and let’s see just how great is your model?

Only if you bake tiny bread and it takes ages to preheat this disaster of a combi microwave. It also has max of 200 degrees so the baking will take a lot longer then with some other microwaves that have 250 degrees. Don’t listen to anything this ginger charlatan is saying. He works for the brand.

Well what would that take... a wipe? Something you'd hopefully do if you spilled anything from a 'dish' when taking it out of a standard door microwave, it would spill onto a worksurface / countertop?... Or do you not wipe up? What difference does it make? If anything it would land on a toughened(?) glass door...surely easier to deal with?

The best for me after 5 minutes in you say, '' So... the first thing we should do...'' I'm trying to find out about the features and use of this only to see you ham-fistedly make a mess of grasping the metal tray, after saying how simple it was with the handle...have you ever done a retake?... Repeating the same thing over and over .. then use a metal spatula on a non-stick surface (!!??) that ended up looking badly warped. Terrible advert however the microwave still survived the poor presentation.
