That's so true, there's to much misinformation out there on what you can do . Altho theses features are cool for the tech savvy people who know these are EXPERIMENTAL so there are some risk involved for people who don't know much about it. An not to say this guy is giving misinformation but he kinda is you can find all of this on the Oculus help website it's really easy to find if you follow the steps Oculus provides. An they know what they are doing they made it.

At the top of the guardian tab you can also click the bold text "adjust your guardian" in the second sentence. Thought that was the only way now, quick actions tab sounds easier.

If your chair is outside of your guardian, you can step out of your play space, sit in your chair and in a few seconds it will prompt you about your guardian.

Hey when you're talking about brightness, in that same menu you'll see guardian. Tap on that and you'll see the option to switch between room scale and stationary.

thx ! w/ the new hands free tracking - we no longer worry abt banging the controllers onto the walls :D right now we type w/ one finger on the virtual keyboards in recroom - i don't see why they cannot add 10 fingers tracking and let us type w/ 10 fingers . we can even have a virtual computer in recroom doing programming !

The quest can connect to a pc like a the rift and if you don’t want to get an $80 cable you even do it using a special application on side quest (search it up) through WiFi and it ALSO has the normal quest functionality so basically? Yes 100%

Waited a LOONG time to purchase my first VR system, and then got the Quest (128GB). Best gaming tech purchase I've made in years!! I think the only upgrade I need is the Oculus Link, and then *bam* Rift quality gaming without all the additional equipment. Also make sure to get the Oculus version of the Link, because unlike the cheaper knock off cables, the Link charges your Quest while you're using it....

It's not necessarily the side of your headset that you need to tab in order to activate pass through on demand. It just reads the accelerometers for shakes. So even double tabbing the front of the headset works. Not that you would want that, but I'm just saying. Some annoying side effect is that every time you plug in or unplug headphones, it will activate pass through due to the vibration. Cool feature though. I enjoy it very much.
