Very useful tips to the freshers as well to those who have some attempts remaining in their kitty. It's time the government brings out selection to the PSUs with a direct interview for such children who have nearly missed the final list. Secondly such children, who have given their full prime time only in the preparation for civil services exam should be given some weightage and relaxation in the age limit in other government employments.
