Being a Telugu man, I really impressed with the language KANNADA and I followed the linguistic style and choice of words. Carefully I followed it, I understood the language with out knowing single word of Kannada. Thanks for sharing wonderful details. Beauty of Kannada , I felt that Telugu and Kannada have numerous similarities not only food, attire but also rhyming of pronouncing words . NAMASKARAMU, SAMASTA KOTI SUKHINO BHAVANTU, OM SHANTI!

At the time of Vijay Nagara kingdom there was a common language in areas of present day Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. But, thereafter Kannada and Telugu languages are got separated and written n spoken over the years.Even you see sometimes we get confused Upon looking at first page of newspapers. I am from Udupi Manipal twin City area and remember a lot of Telugu boys particularly wealthy,Reddys,Rao's and Naidu were coming to Manipal to study engineering n medical courses.The boys use to hire a big bunglow and bring alongwith them a cook from their village.This is the news of seventies and eighties and immediately after completing their studies, all the boys were flying to USA for higher studies.In1983 there was a boy named Murali, classmate of my brother in engineering batch in Manipal, the grandson of late B. Nagi Reddy,the editor of Chandamama mythology weekly.

Good to see an interesting Sea food restaurant has come up in Udupi. There are so many coming up from time to time, but they fail to maintain standards, hygiene, taste and ambiance in a very short time. I wish this restaurant will make exceptional brand name in Udupi and other places too. One Advice though: Use Coastal Coconut oil for your preparations for added taste. Pls use less masala at 1:36, 1:46 and 2:23 in the Fish, Squid and Prawn Fry, so that customers can taste the real flavor of Fish, Squid and Prawns as well. Using spices moderately, and even much lesser will enhance the taste of Squid, fish, shrimp, prawns and lobsters. Do not use same kind of Masala paste for all sea food preparations as well. I wonder if the presenter was just an anchor, owner or staff of Hottetumba Fish Court Udupi. It would have been nice if she presented the Veg dishes prepared by them as well. Bon Apetit!!!
