I’ve practiced this form for forty years. And I’m an old school TKD man. We call it Bat Sai. There are so many interpretations of it , but this one is very good. A great martial artist takes a form like this and puts his own spin on it.

This is a wonderful demonstration of the importance of using the body to make the movement instead of waving the arms to make the movement look big. Sensei Hotton demonstrates perfectly how the movement starts and flows through the waist and hips.
