I haven't dug through all the comments, but my new heater did not come with an installed pressure line and the old one had one. The little "box" that had the pressure line does not exist in the new heater. Only connections available are on a couple of white lines. Company closed today.

Great video!!! I have a 2004 prodigy h model with PDR heater. The heater works (hot water) but on inlet side of heater, water is leaking behind thermsitor sensor. Dont think i need a whole new heater. I was thinking of taking thermositor out, buy some RTV sealant and install a new thermositor in it. I had a hotsprings technician look at it. He said the entire heater needs replaced and for $360.00 plus 1 hr labor, he could do it. I can buy RTV sealant & thermositor for 40.00. What you think???

what are those loops of clear vinyl tubing hanging from the top of the equipment box? I'm fixing a hot tub and my hose is not connected to anything.

Does it matter which power cable goes to which supply on main control board. Does it matter which second Dairy wires go to. Thanks

Does anyone have suggestions on what to use to effectively block the pipes when the spa is still filled with water? Any tricks?

Excellent Upload! Ive got a call to a Chinese based tub where the Relay contrlling the heating elements has failed! ( Im not looking forewards to it as its against a wall and i cant get the control box out! )

Technician says i need entire heater replaced (PDR heater for prodigy h model) as it still heats, it just leaks from backing of thermositor sensor. He said they dont sell parts individually and i need a whole new heater at 360.00 dollars. Can i just buy a new sensor and rtv sealant and fix what i have for $40.00???? Any comment????
