In today's video The Vintage Collector is comparing Hot Wheels and AutoWorld!
We did not talked about prices, due to the differences from State to State.
Needs to be considered the fact that AutoWorld are less easy to find, Hot Wheels are pretty much everywhere.
eBay feels the gap tho, and the prices on AutoWorld's cars are competitive and accessible.
So here we are, up to you!

The Vintage Collector Yeah but generally a Hot Wheels is a dollar. For $1 Hot wheels are very well done.

Hotwheels and Matchbox are making more and more fantasy vehicles. Just look at how many imaginary models of Super Treasure Hunts have been released in the last 2 years. And what are the latest batch of unlicensed cars gonna be worth in 15 or 20 years? Im gonna keep buying the $1 cars but mostly to customize or "upgrade" them into an adult collectable.

+MAX'S DIECASTS A lot of people are complaining about Hot Wheels' fantasy model cars, specially in Super TH. I think it's just a matter of opinion. Some will prefer real cars over fantasy and vice versa. Also keep in mind that an HW (it doesn't matter if is mainline, car Culture, super TH) are produced in millions and millions of pieces. Mattel has a huge market virtually everywhere so the production of every model/series jumps up fastly. In 5/10 years you won't be able to sell them at higher prices. I know eBay sellers get crazy for STH, but prices go down after 4 years typically. On the other hand, AutoWorld makes limited edition cars only. Since the first one, the Widebody Challenger

I would go quality over quantity. What's the price of one in Europe, anyone knows? Hot wheels is 2€ ( 2,30 dollars) And what about the wheels? Are they as fast as the Hot wheels? Hot wheels are really fast.

+Dan Mac Hot Wheels are $2.50 more or less here. At least mainlines. Hot Wheels cars are fast, but "fast" is a playability feature used by children for the most. I think a big slice of the pie in HW market are adults, and maybe children use to collect them nowadays leaving them sealed. Compared to an AutoWorld there's just no game. Not only are cool to look and feel, are also amazing to display and use in dioramas

in India the cost of auto world car is 12 dollars and hot wheels car cost is 1.49 dollars

+ashutosh Biswal Can you find AutoWorld in stores on only on eBay? I don't think they sell directly there. They only sell in Us for what I know. They are cheaper to buy for me on eBay for instance than the crappy mainline HW I find in stores

That autoworld mustang only beat hw because it have rubber wheel and open hood wth engine but the body is ugly as hell wth that gap on the front hood..
